Our mission is to empower organizations through tailored HR solutions to cultivate thriving workplaces and achieve sustainable success. Mustang HR is owned and operated by Jake and Jenny Thomas. Jake oversees the operational side of the business, while Jenny executes all HR Initiatives for their clients. Jenny is a certified HR professional with 12 years of experience. Most of Jenny’s experience has been with fast-growing small to midsize businesses and early stage startups working directly with executive leadership to create the framework for a successful business and workplace culture.
